Description
Recycled PVC Interlocking Garage Floor Tiles
A bare concrete garage floor stains, dusts and chips within a few seasons of tyre traffic and dropped tools. These interlocking PVC garage floor tiles click together without adhesive or specialist tools to give you a durable, level, easy-clean floor in an afternoon, made from recycled PVC in a raised diamond-plate finish that hides scuffs and grips underfoot even when wet with oil. Supplied as single 495 x 495 x 7mm tiles in Black, Light Grey or Mid Grey, in either Diamond Plate or CoinTop face pattern, so you can tile a single-car garage or a full workshop floor and mix colours to create your own layout.
Why it works
Each tile is a solid 7mm PVC panel with a jigsaw-style interlocking edge on all four sides, so a floor of these tiles behaves as one continuous surface rather than a set of loose mats that can slide or curl at the edges. The raised diamond-plate or CoinTop surface pattern breaks up standing liquid and gives a positive grip underfoot and under tyres, while the dense recycled PVC resists abrasion, impact and penetration from oils, solvents and most workshop chemicals. Because the tiles simply snap together with no adhesive, a damaged tile can be lifted and replaced individually, and the whole floor can be taken up and relaid if you move house.
- Click-together fitting – interlocking edges need no adhesive, glue or specialist tools to install
- Hides floor imperfections – covers oil stains, cracks and minor surface irregularities in the concrete beneath
- Chemical and oil resistant – dense recycled PVC withstands oils, solvents and workshop chemicals
- Individually replaceable – a damaged tile lifts out and swaps for a new one without relaying the floor
- 3 colours, 2 patterns – mix Black, Light Grey and Mid Grey in Diamond Plate or CoinTop to design your own layout
Where it's used
These tiles are specified for domestic and trade garages, home workshops, showrooms, retail units, gyms and exhibition stands, and anywhere a concrete or screed floor needs a fast, durable upgrade without wet trades or drying time. They are also popular for utility rooms and playrooms where a warmer, easier-clean surface than bare concrete is wanted. Not recommended for laying directly over carpet or other flexing floor coverings.

Choosing the right tiles
Diamond Plate gives a classic automotive-inspired raised tread finish and hides light scuffing well, making it the most popular choice for garages and workshops with vehicle traffic. CoinTop has a smaller raised circular stud pattern that some customers prefer for a smoother underfoot feel in showroom, retail or gym settings. Black is the most forgiving colour for oil and tyre marks; Light Grey and Mid Grey brighten a windowless garage but show heavy staining sooner. Order enough tiles to cover your floor area at approximately 4.1 tiles per square metre, adding a small allowance for cut edges around the room perimeter.
Installation, use and care
Lay tiles onto any hard, level, stable surface including concrete, wood, ceramic tile, linoleum or vinyl; do not lay directly over carpet or other flexing coverings. Starting from one corner, click each tile's interlocking edge into the next, working in rows across the room, and cut perimeter tiles to size with a jigsaw or sharp knife. No adhesive, nails or specialist tools are required. Clean with a brush and sponge mop; the raised surface pattern is designed to disguise minor scuffs and everyday wear.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need adhesive to fit these tiles? No. The interlocking edges click together and hold the floor in place under normal use without any adhesive.
Can I mix colours and patterns? Yes. All colours and patterns in this range interlock with each other, so you can create checkerboard or bordered designs.
Are they suitable for a working garage with a car? Yes. The dense recycled PVC and raised surface pattern are designed for vehicle weight, tyre traffic and oil exposure.
Can I replace a single damaged tile later? Yes. Because the tiles are not glued down, an individual tile can be lifted and swapped without disturbing the rest of the floor.
