How do I choose the correct size of C clip for my grating?
The size selection should match the depth of your grating panel. For example, 25mm clips are suitable for 25mm deep grating, 30mm clips for 30mm deep grating, and so on. Measure the overall depth of the grating from top surface to underside and select the matching clip size.
Can these clips be used in coastal or chemically aggressive environments?
Yes, the clips are manufactured from 316 stainless steel, which offers excellent resistance to corrosion in coastal, marine and many chemically aggressive environments. Always check compatibility with specific chemicals present on site.
Do I need any special tools or welding to install these clips?
No welding is required. The clips are designed for mechanical fixing only and can be installed using standard hand tools such as a spanner or socket set matched to the bolt or nut used with the clip.

At this price, you simply cant overlook how neatly they sit amidst the existing metal slats. I secured them onto an outdoor footbridge in the city, and with their multi-adjustable sizes, fixing each piece was straightforward without needing extra work. These fasteners have held firm through brisk winds and rain, ensuring a solid connection that feels safe underfoot while navigating busy days.
Works brilliantly! Used them in the car park utility area to keep the walkways secure, and theyve been impeccable despite constant foot traffic. The flexibility with the multi sizes made selection a breeze compared to fiddly alternatives, saving both time and stress in my book. Given their reliability and peace of mind, Id definitely pop another pack in my basket when the situation calls for it!
Arrived really fast and was neatly packaged, which was a relief as I needed them urgently for our site walkway. With the multi sizes in the box, I found just what I needed to ensure sturdy grating during those rainy days at the chemical plant. Theyve held up under heavy foot traffic, providing reliable grip even when wet.
Had to sort out securing the walkway around some hefty machinery in our factory, and these clips fit like a charm! Slotted snugly onto the frames without any hassle—definitely beats drilling holes. Feels solid under the soles, even with all our trolley movements going over it daily.
Put them on the rooftop grating few months back, and they havent shifted a bit despite all those windy days. Up close, theyre surprisingly sleek for something thats been battered by weather constantly, though basted with a bit of grime now but nothing major. Can’t argue too much as once it’s in place, it’s hardly a sight anyway!
Got this to sort out some metal stairs on a footbridge I maintain and they slot in easily without any faff. These little brackets did wonders for stabilising the grating and gave the steps a neat, polished look with their stainless finish. Pretty handy having multi sizes available too – came together just right in our outdoor setting, even held up well during that rainy spell last week!
Robust little clips. Snipping these to the right size for our multi-tier parking garage grating setup was straightforward. Their stainless build feels top-notch and slots in well, providing a solid fasten that hasnt budged despite rain and foot traffic.
