Description
Skirting and Cable Management
Skirting with an integrated cable channel does two jobs at once: it finishes the wall-to-floor junction and it carries power, data and AV cabling out of sight. In offices, classrooms, retail units and home studies, that removes the trailing leads that are one of the most common causes of trips.
The profiles here include skirting trunking with removable snap-on covers for easy access when cables change, corner and floor-level trunking for running cable along a room perimeter, and cable-management skirting sized to take multiple circuits with the segregation that data and power cabling requires.
Because the cover lifts off rather than being fixed permanently, adding or moving a cable later is a two-minute job rather than a rewire. That flexibility is why trunked skirting is specified so widely in commercial fit-outs.
Profiles are supplied in PVC and aluminium in a range of heights and finishes, with matching internal corners, external corners and end caps available. Fixing is by adhesive, clip or screw. Cut to length on site. UK stock with fast dispatch and trade pricing on bulk orders.
