At this price, youd think it might be a bit flimsy, but it actually sits neatly against our existing floor without fuss. We used the aluminium ramp to smooth out the small step between our polished concrete and wood surfaces at work; its holding up under daily office traffic better than expected. Would still choose it again anytime I need something similar.
Job done with minimal fuss, thanks to the product not costing a fortune but feeling like it should. At the entrance of our workshop where accuracy matters, installing this profile was straightforward enough that I managed it in minutes without extra hands. The incline created by the ramp naturally handles daily footfall effectively — pleased all round!
Had to sort out the hospital corridor where the vinyl flooring meets a slightly scuffed lino area. This joiner turned out just right, creating a seamless edge that fits the sterile vibe while managing heavy-foot traffic like a champ. Quite surprised at how elegantly it handled unexpected knocks from passing trolleys!
Came securely packaged and I put it to good use right away in the shop entrance. It took me no time at all this weekend to fit the piece, moving smoothly between our heavy strip flooring and a slightly lower concrete level. Works brilliantly even in busy or damp conditions, a solid ramp for keeping foot traffic safe around those tricky edges around mannequins.
Wasnt sure at first about ordering online, but when the transition piece arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with the secure packaging and quick delivery. Used it between the tiles in our kitchen and laminate dining area, and it fits like a charm. The ramp creates a smooth transition we needed, and for the price, it feels like great value considering how well its worked so far.
Installed it in the hallway a few months back, linking our vinyl to the lower level carpeted living room. I must admit, its heavier than I first imagined - that solid aluminium sure speaks for itself! Despite my initial grumbles of lugging it about during installation, Ive come to appreciate how well its held up after innumerable footsteps.
Sturdy bit of gear. The ramp took a couple of snips with the saw to get it sized just right for the hospital corridor, and it fit snugly against both floorings without much fussing about. Even with all the foot traffic its handling itself well, bridging that pesky height difference like a champ.
Got this for the transition between our new vinyl flooring and the lower level in our office lobby. The aluminium ramp is very understated but adds a sleek, polished look that ties it all together perfectly. Definitely good value for money considering how much it elevates the design of the space.
