Description
Keep Balconies And Terraces Safe In Any Weather
TerraceShield Anti-Slip Balcony Paint is a water-based acrylic coating with a textured silica-grit finish, engineered to keep balconies, terraces and roof decks safely underfoot through rain, frost and condensation — exactly when smooth balcony surfaces turn dangerously slippery. The tough, flexible film also protects the substrate beneath from water, weather and everyday wear.
Because it's water-based, TerraceShield is low-odour, low-VOC and cleans up with water, making it the practical choice for occupied apartments, hotels, offices and residential blocks where solvent fumes and long downtime simply aren't an option. It's fast-drying too — touch-dry in as little as 1–2 hours — so a balcony can be prepped, coated and back in use quickly, while UV-stable pigments keep colours looking sharp season after season without cracking, peeling or fading.
Key Benefits

- Weatherproof and UV-stable — built for the British climate
