Description

Seal, waterproof, and extend the life of ageing asbestos cement and concrete roofing with our heavy-duty asbestos roof paint, a single-pack acrylic polymer resin coating designed to encapsulate and stabilise weathered roofing surfaces. This flexible, UV-stable coating binds friable fibres in place, seals micro-cracks, and restores a clean, uniform finish that can extend roof life significantly when applied correctly.

Suitable for asbestos cement roofing sheets, concrete roof tiles, cement fibre sheets, and artificial slate, this roof coating gives contractors and property owners a cost-effective alternative to full roof replacement, sealing against water ingress while giving tired roofs a fresh, restored appearance.

Important: All work on asbestos-containing materials must be carried out in accordance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. This coating encapsulates and seals asbestos cement in a stable condition and is not a substitute for professional removal where required by regulation or where the substrate is structurally unsound. Always wear appropriate respiratory protection and PPE, and consult current HSE guidance before starting work.
