Description
Stop cables and hoses causing trips, damage or downtime. This heavy-duty modular cable protector ramp lets vehicles, trolleys and pedestrians cross power cables, data cables and hoses safely, without pinching or crushing them. A hinged, anti-slip chequer-plate lid opens for quick access to the three internal cable channels, then locks flat to create a smooth, HGV-rated crossing point.
Unlike basic single-piece cable ramps, this is a genuinely modular system: build the exact crossing you need by combining Main Sections with Angled Sections at corners and Male/Female End Sections to finish each run cleanly, so nothing is ever left exposed as a trip hazard. It's tested for occasional HGV traffic (10-tonne axle limit at walking pace) as well as everyday pedestrian and trolley use, making it equally at home on a construction site, in a warehouse, at an outdoor event or backstage at a concert.
Key benefits:
- Three top-loading cable channels (two 68x50mm, one 55x50mm) protect multiple cables or hoses at once
- Hinged anti-slip chequer-plate lid for fast access without disconnecting cables
- Interlocking modular design – add Angled and End sections to fit any layout
- High-visibility hazard yellow with black chequer-plate top
- Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, and for temporary or semi-permanent (bolt-down) installation
Sold as individual sections so you can order exactly the configuration your site needs – see the size guide below for how to plan a full run.
