Description

Protect valuable pallet racking uprights from costly, dangerous forklift and pallet-truck impacts with this heavy-duty U-shaped racking upright guard protector. Formed from 4mm steel and bolted directly to the warehouse floor in front of the column, it absorbs and deflects impacts before they reach the racking upright itself.

  • 360° front-and-sides coverage — the U-shaped profile wraps around the front and both sides of the upright, ideal for aisle ends and high-traffic columns.
  • 4mm formed steel construction — engineered to absorb repeated forklift and pallet-truck impacts without transferring damaging force to the racking frame.
  • High-visibility black and yellow hazard chevrons — improve driver awareness of vulnerable columns in busy aisles, supporting warehouse safety compliance.
  • Floor-bolted fixing — pre-drilled fixing tabs allow secure anchoring directly to the warehouse floor for maximum stability under impact.
  • 2 colours — Steel Orange or Yellow, both finished with hazard-stripe detailing for maximum visibility.

Suitable for standard pallet racking uprights, mezzanine support columns, machine guards and partitioning posts throughout warehouses, distribution centres and factories. A simple, cost-effective way to extend the working life of racking and reduce forklift damage and repair costs.
